After the first deadline (Sept. 4), new applicants will be given priority on subsequent deadlines. That said, grantees may go ahead and apply for new or different capacity building assistance as funds remain available. If you believe you have more than one eligible capacity building need, it would be wise to apply for the most urgent or pressing issue first.
