No. The organizational budget ceiling for Capacity Building Assistance grants is $2.5 million. This was based on the research and conversations we had in forming the initiative. The larger organizations indicated they had access to the kind of resources provided in the Capacity Building Assistance program either on their board, in their networks, or within their existing budgets. Therefore, the Capacity Building Assistance program prioritizes the needs of smaller arts and cultural organizations.
